For me, I had started watching shows since young and I don't even remember half of those that I've watched before. However there are some exceptions that I still remember because they were just damn good.

下一站，幸福 Autumn Concerto (2009 - 2010)
A 偶像劇 featuring Ady An 安以軒 as Mu Cheng 梁慕橙 and Van Ness Wu 吳建豪 as Ren Guang Xi 任光晞 where the story revolves around their love and difficulties being with each other. It all started with a harmless bet that led to their eventual love. Tragedy strikes when Guang Xi suddenly has to go through a major brain surgery which causes him to lose his memory. His mother begs Mu Cheng to leave him and the latter has no choice but to do so. Little does she know that she already has Guang Xi's child. Guang Xi had lost all his memories after the surgery.
Six years pass and Mu Cheng lives a quiet life with her young son in a rural countryside while Guang Xi is now a successful lawyer. Somehow, Guang Xi had to do community work at the rural countryside because he did unlawful stuff which led him to finally meet Mu Cheng again. And the real story begins here as Guang Xi struggles to recall his past romance with Mu Cheng. How will the couple make up for six years of lost time?
One of my personal favorite 偶像劇 due to the amazing chemistry between Ady and VanNess. Also the plot is awesome and is very different from most of the 偶像劇 that I have watched. (not that I have watched alot) Heck, even their kid 梁曉樂 is cute. Definitely gonna watch this again when I have the time.
射雕英雄传 The Legend of the Condor Heros (2008)
One of Jin Yong 金庸's novel and the 1st part of the Condor Heros trilogy, it has many adaptations and this is the 2008 version starring Hu Ge 胡歌 as Guo Jing 郭靖 and Ariel Lin 林依晨 as Huang Rong 蓉兒. The story revolves around Guo Jing's Father being killed by the court because of being wrongly accused and thus Guo Jing was taught in martial arts to help him avenge his father when the time comes. The journey led him to meet his future wife Huang Rong and their romantic journey while searching for Guo Jing's enemy. Guo Jing and Huang Rong learned numerous martial arts which includes 18 Dragon Subduing Palms 降龙十八掌, 72 Style Vacant Fist 七十二路空明拳 and Technique of Ambidexterity 雙手互搏 for Guo Jing, Dog Beating Stuff Technique 打狗棒法 for Huang Rong and the infamous Nine Yin Manual 九阴真经 for both.
Overall it's a show with 2 genres, wuxia and romance which does mix well in some ways and came out to be pretty unique. Hu Ge and Ariel's chemistry is unparalleled too, very cute onscreen couple. Pne of the main reasons why I started watching is because of Ariel Lin! She's one of my favorite actress not only because she's beautiful, but also she's a very strong person. Started watching her show It Started With A Kiss 惡作劇之吻 and that made me like her, didn't know such a bubbly person exist at all.
The Walking Dead (2010 - ongoing)
Ah, another zombie apocalypse show, just that this is a tv show instead of a movie. The Walking Dead takes place in USA when the main actor Rick woke up after a surgery to find himself alone in the hospital and 'walkers' all over the place. From there he met various people whom will eventually help him find his family, whom his wife Lori had gotten an affair with his best friend Shane. And this led to a chain of events which led them to find a farm and then a prison and then a town with a psycho leader whom they had a war with. Alot of people had died in the show including some of the main cast which makes the faces of the show change quite often.
If you are into zombie shows, you ough to watch it as it depicts alot of zombie killing scenes as well as humans dying to zombies too. You'll get to see what people will do in order to survive during tough times like this, stealing and killing other humans are a common sight in the show. Zombie shows often have a deeper meaning to it if you notice. It is now in Season 4 currently and still going stronger after 3 years. Word of caution, it has gore in it and if you cannot take it, you'll be missing out a great show.
ワンピース One Piece (1999 - ongoing)
One of the longest running anime after Detective Conan and others, this has got to be one of the best anime that I've ever watched. It started with a 17 year old who went out to sea to search for the legendary treasure One Piece left by the previous Pirate King in the Grand Line, a treacherous part of the ocean that is said that no one had fully explored it before. Luffy ate a Devil Fruit which grant him powers of rubber that makes him be able to stretch his body and not feeling so much pain when being hit. Through the journey, he met different people which some eventually became part of his crew and allies.
A very fun, interesting, emotional anime to watch. Its content is truly unparalleled to any anime out there currently in my opinion. If you are bored, this show will be able to accompany you for quite some time as it has nearly 700 episodes at the time I am writing this article. Go watch it, you won't be disappointed.
海賊戦隊ゴーカイジャー Kaizouku Sentai Gokaiger (2011 - 2012)
No, this is not Power Rangers. This is Super Sentai, a superhero series that started in 1975 and Gokaiger is the 35th season of the long running series. It consists of 5 young pirates who have the ability to morph into Gokaigers to fend off evil space villains from Earth, while they search for the greatest treasure in the universe. Besides their own powers, they also have the ability to transform into all of the previous 34 season's ranger with their Ranger Keys. Something unique with this season is that at least 1 of every season's past actor/actress will be back as a cameo which makes this season like a memory lane for many. A truly awesome show.
On the side note, Power Rangers was adapted from Super Sentai itself, which is why they share so much resemblances with each other. Call me childish, but this will and always will be better than some of the shows out there.

And yup, that concludes my list of favorite tv shows. It's not a huge list, but at least it's something. Will be watching some new show such as Two And A Half Men and 兰陵王 Prince of Lan Ling for my first duty of my job.
Oh well, as I always say, time pass by so quickly and without knowing, 2013 will be coming to an end soon. I've been through quite a number of difficulties this year, in fact there are still some which are ongoing right now. Meh, should blame myself for being stupid and digging even further down the hole and now there's almost no way out of the mess. Bah, someone said before;
"Tough times don't last, tough men do"
Yes, I hope I will be stronger after this bullshit since I'm not dead yet. Nevertheless, some things are just meant to be and it seems like some people are much more complicated than you think. On the bright side, I am getting darker day by day which is good. Swimming skills had slightly improved too. Good start to prepare for next year, will be inspecting my teeth soon, hope to get braces by end of the month. Time for me to sleep, Goodnight.
